A pioneer from the acidity home sound, 808 Condition formed in Manchester, Britain in 1988 when Martin Cost, who owns the city’s legendary record shop Eastern Bloc as well as the founder from the self-employed label Creed, 1st joined up with forces with regional musician and maker Graham Massey.
