Zug Izland Bio/Wiki 2017
In its press materials, the Detroit sleaze steel band Zug Izland described its songcraft as “an exploration of imperfect human morality brought forth through the imagery of the pure fantasy.” Probably so, however the combo’s origins as the back-up music group for Insane Clown person Violent J was an improved indicator of audio and purpose. Led by vocalist Syn, Zug also included sometime-ICP manufacturer Mike P on electric guitar, drummer Small Pig, keys guy Dan Miller, and bassist B Nestor, who quickly changed initial bassist Guido Milligan. Naming itself after a decaying commercial site in Detroit, the quintet resolved in to the Psychopathic Information family and started contributing occasionally to others’ songs while composing its debut with J. Zug also stole the display in the 2002 Gathering from the Juggalos. Damaged Tiles, their full-length debut, finally made an appearance in January 2003. The music group backed it with an intense circular of touring, including times using the like-minded NYC rap-metal device Dope.
